Role Overview
The Logistics Manager will oversee all dispatch and delivery operations for online and store shipments while ensuring cost efficiency, timely movement of goods, and strong logistics partner management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatches for e-commerce orders and store replenishments
- Coordinate with courier/transport partners for pickups and on-time deliveries
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and actively reduce RTO%
- Maintain logistics MIS: delivery performance, cost per shipment, TAT tracking
- Review courier invoices, validate rate adherence, and ensure correct billing
- Monitor logistics costs and drive continuous reduction initiatives
- Plan and execute movement of stock for exhibitions and new store openings
- Evaluate courier/transport vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance
Requirements
- 3–6 years of logistics experience (e-commerce/fashion preferred)
- Strong vendor coordination, cost negotiation, and invoice review skills
- Good Excel proficiency and MIS reporting capability
- Fast execution, problem-solving mindset, and high ownership
