Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to join our night shift team. This position is a
permanent night shift,
there will be no transitions to day shift. The right candidate will thrive working independently in a quiet, structured environment, and will have the discipline to keep operations running smoothly during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, systems, and network equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on servers and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Handle hardware installations, cabling, and component replacements
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, repairs, and updates
- Follow strict security and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a data center, IT, or related technical role
- Strong understanding of servers, networking, and power/cooling systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident response
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Comfortable with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods (12 hours)
- Reliable transportation and commitment to night shift schedule.
- Willing to work at multiple locations in the Metro PHX area
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, if required by business needs.

Schedule:
(Example: 3 nights on / 4 nights off, rotating Wednesdays every other week OR fixed Wed-Sat schedule)

US: Hiring Range in USD from $ $67.88 per hour; from: $68,300 - $141,200 per year. May be eligible for equity.
