Warehouse Manager

Salary: $5,500 – $8,000 per month, based on experience

Schedule: Overtime required during peak seasons

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination for our e-commerce business.

This role requires strong execution on the warehouse floor, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage people, processes, and daily operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, upgrading, refurbishment/repair, packing, and shipping

Use ERP/WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies

Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts

Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight) and handle shipping exceptions

Supervise warehouse staff and temporary workers, including scheduling and training

Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT/ERP, and operations teams

Manage return, upgrade, and repair workflows to ensure inventory accuracy

Analyze warehouse performance data and drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Work overtime during peak seasons as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; Logistics, supply chain, or operations-related fields a plus

2+ years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience

E-commerce fulfillment experience (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Temu, etc.) preferred

Proficient in ERP / WMS systems and Excel

Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Forklift certification or experience

Experience with refurbished/repair inventory or multi-warehouse operations

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
