Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Boise, ID. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising team performance, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of organization and uphold the company's commitment to quality construction services.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Construction Site Management and ensuring adherence to Construction Safety standards
• Strong Project Management and Budgeting abilities
• Excellent Organization Skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks on-site
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in construction leadership roles is highly valued
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in construction software and tools is advantageous
