About

Green Leaf, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator (Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm). This individual is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting, storing, and staging materials throughout the warehouse and picking areas. This role operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support daily operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and production supply activities. The Warehouse Coordinator ensures all materials are handled with accuracy and care, follows established safety and quality procedures, and supports continuous workflow by communicating effectively with order processors, supervisors, and delivery drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Locate and deliver product to order processors in a timely manner.
  • Operate material handling equipment (ex. Pallet jack and forklift) safely according to manufacturer's operating and company procedures.
  • Inspect forklifts and equipment daily; report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
  • Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and quality, and store items in their designated locations
  • Pull, stage, and deliver materials to work areas according to schedules and demand
  • Maintain accurate inventory by completing required documentation, performing system inventory movements, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Maintain efficient warehouse storage by regularly consolidating and stocking products in appropriate areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse staff, and production teams to support workflow and resolve issues
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards, including aisles, storage racks, and loading zones
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous material handling and forklift experience preferred; must become forklift certified
  • Basic math and reading/comprehension skills
  • Basic problem-solving skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand and walk. The employee constantly performs repetitive motions requiring the employee to reach, grasp, feel and handle product of various shapes and sizes. Employee must frequently climb, balance, stoop, push and pull. This position requires good eye, hand, foot coordination. The employee regularly lifts up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lifts up to 100 lbs.

The work environment is typical for a warehouse. Employees may be exposed to temperature changes related to seasonal weather patterns. Employee is exposed to moderate noise levels and will be exposed to fumes and airborne particles.
