What You'll Own:

• Drive end-to-end project management for high-end residential renovations
• Oversee budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables with precision
• Lead clear, proactive communication with clients, vendors, and crews
• Manage procurement, planning, permitting, and on-site execution
• Coordinate field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety
• Uphold the WORKS by JD standard—exceptional outcomes and delighted clients

What You Bring:

• Experience in project management, construction, architecture, or estimating
• Deep knowledge of residential remodeling practices and building codes
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and construction software/workflows
• Ability to travel locally within 1 hour of Beverly, MA
