Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that the property operates efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and maintain a safe working environment.

Duties

• Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Complete Make Readies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
• Experience in facilities/apartment maintenance.

EPA and HVAC experience is required.
