Dishwasher

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and machines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; return items to their designated storage areas
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals
• Remove trash and recycling; maintain clean and organized waste areas
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Notify management of any equipment issues or shortages
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours with restocking or cleaning tasks
