Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail. This role involves ensuring that all grounds, common areas and vacancies are clean and in good repair. Demonstrate good customer service to our residents at all times.

Duties

• Perform daily inspections and maintain the grounds with impeccable curb appeal.
• Utilize Appfolio for work orders and resident communication.
• Respond to all service requests within 1 business day.
• Be available for "On- Call" rotation for emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
• Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain the aesthetics of the facility.
• Clean and Maintain community facilities.
• Be knowledgeable in minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, pressure washing,etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week and participate in On Call rotation.

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
