Job Description

DreamLife Treatment Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Marketing Coordinator with experience in nonprofit environments. This role will support our organization by managing CRM systems, assisting with marketing initiatives, and helping strengthen community engagement and outreach efforts.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's CRM system, including data entry, reporting, and system optimization
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of client, donor, referral, and partner data
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including email campaigns, social media coordination, and digital content updates
• Assist with tracking marketing performance and generating reports
• Collaborate with leadership and program staff to support outreach, engagement, and growth goals
• Support nonprofit initiatives such as community partnerships, events, and referral development
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality and data privacy standards

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM management (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bloomerang, or similar platforms preferred)
• Marketing experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
• Strong organizational and data management skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Nonprofit experience strongly preferred

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or social services
• Familiarity with grant tracking or donor management systems
• Graphic design or content creation experience
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to client or donor data
