Cyber Security Engineer
to manage a small team and oversee the organisation’s technical security environment. This is a hands-on management role, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and security operations. Key Responsibilities: Mentor a team of
4 cybersecurity professionals Oversee and support technical security across
Azure
and
Microsoft 365 Monitor and manage alerts via
Sentinel
and
Microsoft Defender Drive security improvements through hands-on technical leadership (SOC, vulnerability management, etc.) Engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives Support agile delivery methodology within the security team Experience and Skills: Strong technical expertise in
Azure, Microsoft 365, Sentinel, and Defender Hands-on experience with SOC operations, vulnerability management, or other technical security functions Comfortable working in an
Agile environment Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Seniority level
