Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Detroit, Michigan, and play a vital role in our distribution center. We are looking for dependable individuals who can contribute to the efficient and safe handling of goods within our logistics network. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of safety and productivity. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Ensure proper use of required PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as directed.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
