Job Summary:
Join our dynamic logistics team as an Order Picker in Seattle, Washington! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our clients receive their items correctly and on time. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using our inventory management system, locating products, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
  • Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
  • Use RF scanners and other warehouse equipment to track inventory and manage orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
  • Meet or exceed picking and packing productivity targets.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Understand and follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs repetitively).
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety.
