Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists or order forms.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, both manually and with equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with general logistics operations is a plus.
