Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips and carefully packing them for shipment. You will work with a variety of products, learning our inventory management system and contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations using an RF scanner or pick sheet.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct product selection.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety .
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and constant lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ), such as safety shoes and vests.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
