Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this position, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your contribution is vital to ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be expected to strictly follow all Safety guidelines and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) such as safety shoes and vests. The job involves frequent movement, standing for extended periods, and the ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly wear and use required PPE at all times.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
  • Perform tasks involving physical activity, including regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute to efficient warehouse operations and Logistics .
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE .
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and cooperative attitude.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics principles.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to operational needs.
