This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to Safety . You will be required to wear and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) such as safety shoes and vests. Tasks may involve significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs), operating pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Understanding of basic warehouse Logistics and inventory management principles is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage locations accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required for some equipment).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear appropriate PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including shipping and receiving.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse Logistics and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE .
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and Logistics .
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
