About
Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse management? Our dynamic company in Sacramento, California is looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily operations. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency. Your duties will include coordinating receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. You will play a key role in implementing and enforcing Safety procedures, ensuring all team members are trained on proper handling techniques, including lifting, and the correct use of PPE. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, managing inventory levels, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a track record of improving operational performance are highly desirable.
