- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and manifesting.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including correct Lifting techniques.
- Consistently use required PPE, ensuring it is in good condition.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including standing for long hours, and frequent Lifting (up to 55 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Familiarity with Logistics principles is a plus.
