Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of warehouse activities, including receiving incoming inventory, meticulously picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Success in this role hinges on your ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity within a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to adhere to all safety regulations, utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and contribute to a secure and organized workplace. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or other provided tools.
  • Pack orders with care to ensure product integrity during transit.
  • Process shipments, including labeling and preparing documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
