Job Summary:
We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This multifaceted role is key to the smooth operation of our distribution center, contributing to all aspects of warehouse management from receiving to shipping. You will handle a variety of tasks that support our extensive logistics network, ensuring that products are processed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, organizing and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. The ability to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred), will be advantageous. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all team members are required to follow established protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This role requires physical stamina, including regular standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE .
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of products.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and logistics processes.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety .
  • Willingness to wear and use all designated PPE .
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
