Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves a variety of tasks within our distribution center, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our logistics chain. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for transport.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle physical demands of the job, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Experience with warehouse operations and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable wearing required PPE at all times.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards in all tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic in logistics.
