Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficient and accurate processing of orders in our state-of-the-art distribution center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking products, packing items securely, and preparing them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. We emphasize a culture of safety, and you will be trained on proper lifting techniques, safe operation of equipment, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all instructions regarding lifting and the use of PPE to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to use PPE.
