Join our thriving logistics operations as an Order Picker in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for efficient and accurate individuals to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will utilize scanning technology to ensure precision and track inventory movements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred, but we are eager to train motivated individuals. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are provided with the necessary PPE and trained on comprehensive safety protocols. This position involves considerable walking and standing, as well as manual dexterity for picking items of various sizes, and requires the ability to lift moderate weights. Understanding and applying safe lifting techniques is crucial. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key contributor to our logistics team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scans.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders appropriately for safe transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting procedures.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to achieving daily order fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
- Good manual dexterity for handling various items.
- Capacity for lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety practices.
