Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics chain. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency will ensure that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are processed promptly. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, performing tasks that may involve moderate to heavy lifting, bending, and reaching. We place a strong emphasis on safety; therefore, adherence to all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected from all team members. You will contribute to a positive and productive work environment by following instructions, working collaboratively with your colleagues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Join our logistics team and contribute to the seamless flow of products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to safety practices and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
