Practice Nurse RN -Primary Care Full-Time | 40 hours/week Mercy Clinic Olive Mason We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our physician practice team. In this role, you will plan, organize, and deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and office staff. You will play a key part in ensuring exceptional patient experiences and maintaining accurate medical records in Epic . Patient Care & Coordination: Provide compassionate, efficient care in a clinical setting, supporting physicians and advanced practice providers. Manage and triage patient phone calls as directed by the physician, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Assist with procedures and perform diagnostic tests as ordered by the physician or nurse practitioner. Accurately document all patient visits, telephone encounters, procedures, medications, and education in Epic in a timely manner. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to maintain smooth clinic operations and deliver the highest quality of care. Current RN license in the state of practice. Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems preferred.
