About
Job Summary We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support our expanding hardware engineering organisation. You will work across multiple specialist sub‑teams—electronics design, PCB layout, signal & power integrity, mechanical design, and test engineering—to help drive predictable delivery, improve planning practices, and strengthen the flow of work across the wider programme. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to apply Agile and lean delivery principles to hardware development and can partner closely with engineering leaders, product owners, and the Programme Manager to ensure we deliver high‑quality hardware to schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support effective sprint planning and execution.
Coach hardware engineering teams in pragmatic Agile and lean delivery practices.
Ensure teams have clear, prioritised backlogs and realistic short‑term plans.
Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and hardware handoffs (e.g. design to test).
Own and improve JIRA καθώς workflow, dashboards, and working agreements.
Drive continuous improvement to increase delivery predictability and flow.
Candidate Profile Essential
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven success applying Agile and lean delivery practices in engineering environments.
Strong understanding of hardware development workflows, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams (electronics, mechanical, firmware, test) at varying levels of agile maturity.
Familiarity with product development lifecycles (EVT / DVT / PVT or similar).
Experience in organisations scaling from small to mid‑size engineering teams.
