What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to shape and execute talent strategies
Build strong pipelines of top‑tier tech and engineering talent
Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from sourcing to offer
Advise on market insights, talent trends, and data‑driven hiring decisions
Continuously refine and scale processes to accelerate client growth
