This role is ideal for a recent graduate or career changer looking to break into sales, FMCG, or field marketing.
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills.
Confidence in building relationships.
Motivation, organisation, and a target‑driven mindset.
A passion for learning and growing in a sales career.
A full UK driving licence for 12+ months (essential – van provided).
Pay & Incentives Up to £28,800 on target earnings (base £24,000 + 20% bonus) plus team incentives and regular regional team incentives.
