Front Desk Receptionist

SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS - $500

New Jersey Eastern Star Rehabilitation & Nursing is a trusted not-for-profit, long-term care and sub-acute rehab center located in Bridgewater, NJ. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist for 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday, 3p-7p. Great position for college student or retirees.

Responsible for visitor and telephone reception, along with general clerical duties.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Pleasant manner and interpersonal skills to answer the phone, greet and direct visitors, assist residents and interact professionally with all staff.
• General office skills including computer proficiency - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable and perform a wide variety of assignments upon request.
• Experience with electronic medical records a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be reliable.
• MUST speak, read and write the English language fluently.
