Job Overview

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in cabinets industry warehouse management, store management, or related operations
• Experience managing inventory, receiving, shipping, and organization
• Familiar with forklift operation and warehouse safety
• Basic computer skills (inventory system, Excel, or similar)
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and time management
• Able to lift and move cabinets/materials as needed
• Bilingual (English / Chinese or Spanish) is a plus, not required
• The right candidate will be eligible for profit sharing.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement strategic initiatives to boost sales and profitability. Duties

• Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer service to ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to maintain a productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions.
• Monitor store performance metrics, conduct regular team meetings, and implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail/wholesale store environments with supervising responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of retail/wholesale math, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Organizational skills combined with proficiency in retail marketing strategies and merchandising techniques.
