Location: Dwell Lake Havasu RV Resort – Lake Havasu City, AZ

Position Summary
The Head Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations at Dwell Lake Havasu RV Resort. This role ensures that cabins, public areas, and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. The supervisor leads the housekeeping team, manages schedules, enforces quality standards, and supports the resort's commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across cabins, restrooms, laundry, and public spaces
- Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and compliance
- Conduct routine inspections of cabins, facilities, and amenities to maintain brand standards
- Develop and manage staff schedules to balance labor efficiency with service quality
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed
- Implement corrective action plans and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and operational needs
- Track performance metrics (cleanliness scores, guest reviews, QA inspections) and report to management
- Lead by example, maintaining a hands-on approach when necessary to support the team
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, OSHA standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage schedules, payroll efficiency, and inventory control
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
