Responsibilities
- Prepare, track, and compile field data and daily reports
- Maintain accurate job files and update company systems
- Review, reconcile, and audit vendor invoices for compliance
- Generate, update, and deliver client voices and credit memos with supporting documentation
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Collaborate with Operations on invoicing questions and revisions
- Ability to travel
Experience & Education
- 2 years of project administration or office experience
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Experience with time/material software, preferred
