We specialize in personalized home care services, veteran support, and staffing solutions for hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, and hospice organizations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our referral network, build strong B2B relationships, and grow our client base across healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both home care services and medical staffing operations, with existing connections in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, rehabs, SNFs, assisted living communities, hospices, and physician offices.

Identify new referral opportunities and generate qualified leads through direct outreach, events, and community engagement.

Promote Veritas's full range of services, including companion care, personal care, transitional care, and on-demand medical staffing.

Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with discharge planners, case managers, administrators, and social workers.

Maintain a referral pipeline in CRM and prepare weekly progress reports.

Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and caregivers.

Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and health fairs.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach within the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of home care services and medical staffing practices.

Proven track record of building partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, or assisted living facilities.

Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel locally for client visits and community events.

Experience with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel is a plus.

Pay: $53, $120,000.00 per year
