Application Developer

Location & Remote Work Details:
On-site at the primary work location. No remote work is indicated.

Key Duties:

• Create technical designs, including solution architecture, for manual and automated generation of forms and notices.
• Create scripts using appropriate programming techniques for template creation and snippet configuration.
• Develop User Interfaces (front-end screens) to capture data and link to the EDA application.
• Write software programs to ensure compatibility with existing web services and APIs.
• Conduct Unit Testing to ensure software conforms to requirements.
• Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Development and Maintenance of PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL statements in Oracle 19c & up.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Performance Tuning including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL objects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with XML Processing and Object-Oriented programming with large objects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with technical and user documentation and software conversion.
• Preferred 4+ years on PowerBuilder Programming.
