Job Summary
Ah-Beetz is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our Delray family as a Pizza Maker / Oven Operator. This role is a critical part of our pizza-making process, ensuring every pie meets our signature Ah-Beetz standard. As an Oven Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in crafting each pizza, monitoring cook times, managing heat levels, and maintaining the perfect oven environment. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, especially during our busiest hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Skillfully cook pizzas to Ah-Beetz quality standards.
• Maintain proper oven temperature throughout service.
• Follow instructions accurately and learn new skills quickly.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure product consistency.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
