Client Concierge

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Concierge to join our vibrant hospitality team As a key ambassador for our company, you will create memorable experiences through meals for our clients by providing exceptional service, personalized assistance, and expert dietary and nutritional knowledge. Your energetic approach will ensure every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they signup. Duties

• Onboarding new clients - guide them through our food questionnaire as needed, give package options, menu options, and provide information specific to our company.
• Provide comprehensive information about meals, nutrition, and accommodations.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, including booking weekly services, dietary questions, menu inquiries, etc.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with excellent phone etiquette when managing inquiries via calls, text, or emails
• Coordinate with Culinary Director to ensure the best client experience
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and care
• Support for special events or culinary director needs during busy periods, maintaining organization and efficiency in all tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world is a bonus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of nutrition, food allergies and special dietary needs
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for optimal client experience.

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
