Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients at all times
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient food service during busy hours
• Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure quality
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of meals and ensuring timely delivery

Experience

• Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
• Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
• Experience working in fine dining environments or catering services is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent knife skills, meal preparation expertise, and a passion for culinary excellence

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
