We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help make our Canton location a place where both our team and guests thrive.

About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, high-energy environment where our team and customers feel valued. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, coach team members, and contribute to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: Inspire and motivate your team to exceed expectations, creating a positive, high-energy environment every day.
• Learn and Grow: Partner with the General Manager to learn the ins and outs of running a thriving coffee shop, preparing yourself for future leadership roles.
• Elevate Experiences: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and hospitality.
• Build the Team: Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, creativy and collaboration.
• Own Operations: Oversee inventory, manage shift schedules, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the shop runs smoothly.
• Drive Excellence: Maintain a focus on efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards, while actively contributing ideas for improvement.

About You
We're looking for a leader who's passionate about coffee, customer service, and making a difference. You're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and wants to grow alongside an expanding brand.

You'll Succeed If You:

• Have 1-2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced coffee shop, restaurant, or similar environment.
• Are passionate about developing people, with a coaching style that's both firm and compassionate.
• Are an organized multitasker with a strong attention to detail.
• Are adaptable and thrive in environments where change is the norm.
• Have a genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn more about the craft.
• Are ServSafe Certified (or willing to obtain certification with our support).
• Can work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
