FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager – High-Growth Clean Energy Company

I'm working with a rapidly scaling clean-energy technology company that's hiring an
FP&A Manager
to help build and lead its financial planning function. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling while partnering directly with leaders across the business.

What You'll Do

• Run annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting

• Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards

• Partner with department heads on headcount, spend, and strategic planning

• Improve FP&A tools, processes, and reporting systems

• Support executive and board-level analysis

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years in FP&A or corporate finance

• Strong modeling and Excel skills

• Experience with FP&A systems/ERPs

• Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
