    robust monitoring, observability, and alerting
    solutions across distributed systems
  • Collaborate with
    Product and DevOps
teams to translate customer needs into technical execution
  • Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness through testing, profiling, and infrastructure tuning
  • Mentor engineers, participate in design reviews, and strengthen engineering best practices across the team
  • Stay current on emerging
    AI/ML, data, and observability
technologies to inform innovation and strategy

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years
of hands-on software engineering experience in distributed systems, data engineering, or ML infrastructure
  • Expertise in
    Go, Rust, or Java

    MLOps
    practices for production systems
  • Knowledge of
    observability and monitoring tools
    (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry)
  • Solid understanding of
    data formats and standards
    — JSON, Parquet, StatsD, syslog, etc.
  • Experience with
    Infrastructure as Code
    (Terraform, CloudFormation) and
    CI/CD
    automation
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills, with the ability to balance performance, scalability, and cost
