Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – Madera, CA
Western Regional Refrigerated Routes | Great for Recent CDL Graduates
We're seeking Regional CDL-A drivers out of Madera, CA to run steady, no-touch dry van freight throughout the Western states. This position is an excellent fit for new CDL holders who want reliable miles, weekly earnings, and guided support as they begin their career.
Position Highlights
- Weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400+
- Average 2,500–2,800+ miles each week on established Western regional lanes
- 100% no-touch refrigerated and dry van loads
- Weekly or biweekly home time, based on your assigned route
- $15 for every additional stop
- Assigned, late-model automatic tractors
- Both day and night driving schedules available
Ideal for New CDL Graduates
- Sign-on bonus up to $1,500
- Paid orientation + $300 bonus, including company-paid travel, lodging, and meals
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective immediately
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid vacation and holiday time after qualifying period
- Opportunity to shift into dedicated or local driving after 90 days of safe performance
Key Responsibilities
- Operate your assigned equipment safely and professionally
- Conduct full pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep accurate electronic logs
- Deliver freight on time while following all safety and DOT regulations
Requirements
- Active Class A CDL
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Able to pass a DOT physical and hair-follicle drug screening
- Recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
