Carpenter

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Perform framing, siding, interior trim, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Work closely with lead carpenters and project managers to meet deadlines
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
• Assist in mentoring laborers and apprentices as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 3 or more years of carpentry experience in residential construction
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 employee position
• Pay range: $ $38.00 per hour, based on experience
