We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via face to face interactions and set appointments
  • Utilize tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and expanding market presence
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service/sales/other related field appreciated
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to use software and other sales tools for tracking leads and managing customer interactions
  • Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the client and the company
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently as well as part of a team
