Program Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead our main projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in project and program management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions. This role involves overseeing project portfolios, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective change management, risk mitigation, and process optimization. The Program Manager will serve as a key driver in fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive program strategies including scope management, requirements gathering, risk management, and cost control to meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, meetings, and stakeholder communications to ensure clarity of goals and expectations.
• Oversee project schedules; monitor progress through earned value management and other performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to optimize resource utilization and ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement process improvements using continuous improvement frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis for project issues or delays; develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks proactively.
• Lead cross-functional teams in project execution while fostering collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies; manage project documentation with technical writing skills.
• Drive program development initiatives aligned with organizational goals; facilitate change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
• Promote a culture of innovation by supporting product management activities including product lifecycle management and process mapping.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing programs with multiple projects across diverse teams; minimum of 2 years in a program management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, scope management, schedule development, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in data analysis skills including data collection techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective presentation delivery and technical writing; capable of facilitating meetings and negotiations effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
