The Warehouse Forklift Operator will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, Director of Operations, Quality Manager, Machine Center Supervisor, Warehouse staff and office staff. Here is your opportunity to join a fast growing company with tons of opportunity for personal growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Warehouse Forklift Operator will assist with all of the daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to the following.

• Operate forklift to unload containers and to store and retrieve products in crates.
• Inventory control via cycle counts and computer inventory systems.
• Shipment processing.
• Inspecting incoming parts for rust, defects, accurate quantities and any other issues.
• Pick parts according to warehouse pick lists and get ready for shipment to a client
• Interacting with carriers and customers.
• Parts re-work as required by customer guidelines.
• Creating packing slips and invoices for shipments going out.
• Adherence of all OSHA safety regulations.
• Warehouse Equipment servicing reporting
• Communicate with Production Team and Engineering Team in order to resolves issues.
• Open to cross-training within organization based on current needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and employees
• Computer skills
• Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, Excel)
• Able to lift 45lbs.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Highly organized and fast learner
• Good with numbers and strong attention to detail

USD $20.00 to $23.00/Per Hour/Plus Bonus
