Full-time position, Monday to Friday

**Usual Schedule: Starting 12:00 pm, finish time will vary based on daily volume. **This schedule may change in a moments notice based on business needs.

*Paid Training $17.00/hr. *Includes Attendance Bonus

Job Summary
Delivery driver is responsible for the timely and safe transport of clean garments and other related items to-and-from the plant to retail stores or customers, following a set route, and for picking up dirty items and other articles as needed. Key duties include but are not limited to loading and unloading, verifying orders, providing excellent customer service while adhering to traffic and company safety regulations

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
• This position requires a background check.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in driving Sprinter-type or cargo van.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer service work environment.
• Skilled in navigating in the Miami-Dade area, utilizing GPS systems, and pre-arranged stop-order.
• Well-groomed business appearance - No facial piercing. Body art must be fully covered during work shift.
• Able to follow instructions accurately, with minimum supervision, and work well within the team.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. bags, unassisted.
• Able to step in-out of van constantly during workday, and to load and unload hanging garments and laundry bags for pick-up and delivery services.
• Able to work in hot/humid environment and to tolerate outside weather conditions to include rain while carrying out position's duties.
• Smoke free environment. Smoking/vaping is not allowed at any of the facilities, vehicles, or customers premises.

Responsibilities

The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting diverse articles to-and-from our Plant to other Sir Galloway locations, other designated locations, and/or customers as instructed. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service, and the ability to handle said articles with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to,

• Safely operate company vehicles, following Company's guidelines for driving and obey all traffic laws. Safety is top priority.
• Courteous and professional interaction with customers, co-workers, and management at all times.
• Load and unload ready-items with care to ensure the integrity of the pressing, and prevent any damage to any items been transported.
• Communicate any issues or delays to management promptly.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and fueled.
• Inspect assigned vehicle daily per given checklist to ensure safe operational conditions. Report maintenance needs immediately to management.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
