Crew Lead Installer

About the Role:

Floortek is growing fast and we're looking for hardworking Crew Lead Installers to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you'll transform concrete surfaces into beautiful, high-performance floors using our premium coating systems.

Responsibilities:

● Manage residential and commercial coating installations from start to finish
● Ensure high-quality surface prep, coating application, and project completion
● Lead and manage a small install crew on-site
● Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers
● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite
● Travel to and from job sites daily (local)

Requirements:

● Experience with concrete, coatings, or similar skilled trades
● Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results
● Own a reliable pickup truck (7 years old or newer) capable of towing a 5,000 lb trailer (additional commission pay structure available)
● Positive attitude, leadership skills, and strong personal accountability
● Willingness to work Monday–Saturday as needed
● Background check and drug screening required
