Human Resources Manager

We are hiring a Human Resource Manager to support a fast-moving, multi-entity steel manufacturing and construction organization. This role requires someone steady, organized, and confident who can manage the full HR function.

What You Will Do

• Manage all HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance documentation, corrective action, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with all employment laws.
• Handle benefits administration, workers' compensation, FMLA, ADA, and leave management.
• Support leadership with coaching, training, and consistent application of policies.
• Conduct investigations and document findings.
• Coordinate HR reporting, audits, and required filings.
• Serve as the point of contact for employees, providing clear guidance and support.
• Reinforce company standards and safety expectations.

What You Need

• HR experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow through without constant direction.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ADP or other standard HR software and Microsoft Office.
