About

Be at the heart of defining, organizing, and driving execution of our overall strategy for future hardware and software plans Collaborate with hardware, software, design, marketing, 1PP & 3PP game studios, and other key contributors Manage cadence, agenda, and logistics for weekly cross-team meetings Drive agenda and manage coordination for key executive leadership updates Build operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the team and partners Own and drive the communication and action-item follow-ups resulting from any meetings Be a member of an organization that provides ample opportunity for growth Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 10+ years of related experience in Product Development, Finance, Marketing or Strategy Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross group initiatives from inception to ship High quality communication, collaboration, negotiation and project management skills Self-starter who not only deals well with, but thrives in ambiguity Dream to innovate and think about complex problems while retaining focus on maintaining a profitable business Robust attention to details and analytical problem-solving capabilities Experience w/ a full shipping cycle of gaming focused products (e.g. Games, Xbox, Playstation, Steam, etc) Deep passion for consumer products, gaming or the entertainment business
